(You may not bring your own catering on prime wedding dates.) Deposits and Payment Schedules A deposit of $1000 is required to hold the date and time for your wedding. Three more payments are made throughout the year. Generally nine months prior-$1000, six month prior-$1000, three months prior-$1000, and final payment paid in full three weeks prior when final plans are made and guest count and cakes are finalized. All deposits and payments made are non-refundable due to cancellation. Sales taxes are not included in package prices, add 6.25%. You will be given a helpful packet of Things to remember lists, maps for invitations, song lists along with a CD, catering menu to choose from, alcohol policy, contracts of all hired parties, and recommendations of florists and other wedding specialists. Pandhandle Palace Pandhandle Palace rental for parties or receptions without our services: We offer this November through March anytime except Holidays, and Sunday - Thursday April through October.
