You will LOVE Country Home Weddings renowned for it’s Exquisite Gardens and Luxuriously appointed Wedding/Reception Hall! We are your Complete Wedding Specialist! Our beautifully decorated 7000 sq. ft. Event Hall has thousands of tiny lights and white sheer drapery for breathtaking effects. It is yours to use all day. If you choose, you can bring items such as dresses, alcohol, personal items, etc. the day prior for rehearsal or even have your rehearsal dinner for a small additional fee. That way you can make sure that it is perfect down to the last detail! Arrive when you want on your wedding day, we open at 10:00 a.m. Enjoy a lavish Bridal Suite and Grooms changing room for your preparation. We guarantee relaxation and peace of mind while making lifelong memories. Plus we will have the tables and chairs set up already to your specifications. At the end of the night, we will put them away and do the cleaning of floors and bathrooms for you too! You just pick up your items and take out your trash. We close by Midnight. Costs are broken down in increments of 50 guests as follows: 50 Guests-$2500, 100 Guests-$3000, 150 Guests-$3500, 200 Guests-$4000, 250 Guests-$4500, 300 Guests-$5000
OPTIONAL ADD ONS TO MAKE YOUR DAY EASIER:
Hall Rental the day Prior: $500. To make less stress the day of, you have 5 hours to bring items the day before and have everything set up, Rehearse or have your Rehearsal Dinner using the same tables as they will already be set out for the wedding. Extra hours can be purchased for $100 per hour. There is no clean up provided with this rental.
Upgraded full length linens and Decorations: $50 per table. This includes full length Ivory or Black linens with table toppers in either Champagne or Silver and topped with runners to match your colors. Wooden pieces or mirrors to hold our floral decorations, lanterns and candles of your choice will be set up and taken down for you. ($30 per table for full length linens and colored overlays/runners only, no decorations. $15 per table for white linens that reach the chairs.)
Garden set up and decorated for Outdoor Ceremony: $2.50 per person. This includes chairs set up and taken down for you with eight shepherd hooks and lanterns down the aisle and white draperies added to the flower filled Gazebo along with prior spraying for insects. This is refundable if weather prohibits us to set up. If set up has already been done and then weather changes, there is no refund.
Musician/D.J.: $500 Inside/$500 Outside. For 5 hours, your professional musician will provide live or recorded music at the ceremony, wireless microphones for minister and toasts, huge sound systems inside and/or out, along with lighting and mirror ball for the dance. Just go to www.countryhomemusic.com and pick exactly what you want! A $100 cancellation fee will not be refunded if you decide to cancel the music after he was booked.
Wedding Coordinator: $500. This includes planning ahead of time, organizing the seating and order of the ceremony, and generally making your wedding flow seamlessly along with a one hour rehearsal the day of or night before if hall is booked and prior to the wedding to help with details and guests. Every detail will be worked out and everyone cued appropriately at the ceremony taking most of the stress off! This does not include the reception.
Reception Staff: 50 guests-$700, 100 guests-$750, 150 guests- $875, 200-300 guests- $1000. This includes coordinator and clean up staff for 5 hours who will set up reception hall, cut the cakes, light candles, pick up dishes, take out trash, pick up and repackage decorative items, and generally keep reception flowing. This does not include serving or cleaning up bar area or catering area. You may hire Caterers or bartenders to handle these areas. Bartenders are only required if serving a full bar with liquor. Beer and wine can be self serve.
Invitations and Save the Dates: $2.00-$4.00 per household. Great selections delivered to your door.
