DIY WEDDING PACKAGES

If you absolutely love our facility, but full service is out of your budget, consider a DIY package. We still provide you with a beautifully decorated hall and tables/chairs set up to your specifications. You have it all day from 10 am-12 pm. (That allows 8-9 hours to prepare, 4-5 for the wedding/reception and an hour to clean up) We will put all tables and chairs away and mop for you. You must pick up and haul out trash. This is available for only $3500! Add $500 for every 50 guests. You may also add time on Friday if you prefer to set up, rehearse or have a rehearsal dinner for only $1000. (We close at 10 pm on Friday) And if you would like to marry in the gardens, we will also set up chairs, decorate the gazebo and include aisle markers with candles for an additional $500. You can add a DJ for $500 or bring your own. Designer linens and centerpieces with lanterns and candles are available and will be set up for you for just $60 per table or you may bring your own. You will need to provide your own catering, we only offer catering with full service packages. There will be a $500 refundable damage/cleanup fee added to this package.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A deposit of $1000 is required to hold the date and time for  your wedding.

Payments are  broken down into every 2 months or so and final payment due 2 weeks prior when all plans are finalized.

$500 refundable clean up fee is added to the total if not including the reception staff.  It will be refunded at the end of the evening if there is no damage to property and trash hauled out leaving the hall similar to when you arrived.

All deposits and payments made are non-refundable due to cancellation.

Sales taxes are not included in package prices, add 6.75%.

You will be given a helpful packet of  Wedding Schedule Calendar, Things to remember list, alcohol policy, rental items available.  This will come in very handy while planning your wedding.  PLUS  you can include the coordinator who has over 30 years experience and here for you at anytime!

ALCOHOL REQUIREMENTS

To save you money, we don’t require bartenders unless serving liquor.  Beer and wine can be self serve.  This is only  allowed 4 hours, no longer.  Therefore our weddings are usually in the evening around 7:00-11:00 or so allowing for  time to clean up by midnight.  We also require a FULL meal, not just snacks, be served along with any alcohol.  We don’t require security because the party is no longer than four hours.  Any additional hours from the time of the wedding to closing are at our discretion and at an additional cost of $1000 per hour plus security will then be required.

We offer 7 days in Fabulous Cancun/Cozumel, Cabo or Jamaica at Palace Resorts. Our exclusive membership provides an all inclusive 5 star accommodations, plus transfers are free, along with a back massage, pedicure and manicure and a tour like dolphins or Mayan Ruins! We LOVE the Moon Palace (Grand especially), but Sun Palace, Cozumel Palace, Isle Mujeres and Playacar are also favorites! And of course the Le Blanc’s are top of the line!
